Purpose of the Role:
As a Furnace & Equipment Technician / Operator, you’re not just operating machinery — you’re ensuring that every customer’s part meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. You’ll stage, process, and ship components that define excellence in the metal injection molding and sinter-based 3D printing industries.
Responsibilities:

Prepare, stage, and process customer parts through DSH’s world-class furnaces and equipment.

Load, monitor, and care for each batch with attention to detail and process control.

Perform settering, inspection, and packaging — ensuring every shipment reflects DSH’s quality promise.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace that mirrors the discipline of the process itself.

Conduct testing using in-house lab equipment to verify results.

Record maintenance and run data with accuracy and consistency.

Assist with shipping, staging, and equipment upkeep as needed.

Collaborate with teammates to ensure schedules are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED (technical or trade school preferred).

3+ years of manufacturing, production, or laboratory experience.

Comfortable using tools, equipment, and basic measurement instruments.

Organized, proactive, and reliable — someone others can count on.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the day.
