​We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in assembling complex electro-mechanical systems and machinery, with a focus on high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Purpose of the Role
As an Electrical Assembler, you’ll bring craftsmanship and precision to life by wiring, fitting, and assembling the electrical systems that power our advanced equipment. You’ll translate schematics into reality — creating connections that make our furnaces perform flawlessly for years to come.
Responsibilities:

Assemble and wire electrical panels, harnesses, and components with accuracy and care.

Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to bring designs to life.

Inspect your work for accuracy, safety, and quality at every step.

Collaborate closely with mechanical assemblers, engineers, and supervisors to ensure each build meets Elnik’s standards of excellence.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace reflective of professional craftsmanship.

Support other shop activities and cross-train on equipment assembly as needed.

Follow all safety and operational protocols — because precision starts with discipline.
Qualifications:
-
Associate’s degree in electrical technology or equivalent on-the-job experience (preferred).

3–5 years of electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
-
Proficiency with hand tools, crimpers, and measurement instruments.

Strong organization and time management skills.
