​We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Equipment Assembler to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in assembling complex electro-mechanical systems and machinery, with a focus on high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Purpose of the Role
The Equipment Assembler will work on assembling various components and systems, ensuring they meet engineering specifications and quality standards. The role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly processes, including piping, vacuum systems, and machinery assembly.
Responsibilities:

Assemble electro-mechanical systems and machinery, following engineering blueprints and specifications.

Work with a variety of piping materials, including copper, stainless steel, and hoses, to complete mechanical assemblies.

Ensure the accurate assembly of Vacuum System components (experience in this area is a major plus!).

Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.

Collaborate with other departments and team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.

Communicate effectively with team members across all levels of the organization.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
Qualifications:
-
3-5 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience.

Strong ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and assembly instructions.

Experience in mechanical assembly and piping (copper, stainless steel, hose, etc.).

Experience assembling Vacuum System components is a huge plus.

Team-oriented with effective communication skills.

Strong work ethic, able to work independently, and perform well under pressure.
