SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Elnik has a dedicated team of service technicians ready to support our customers with repairs, upgrades, start ups, training and annual service visits.
We can support remotely or onsite with a visit from one of energetic teammates.

PARTS
Locally kept spare parts for all the furnaces we have made over the years, we can ship and support customers locally in a timely fashion and help to keep customers equipment running.
TOLL DEBIND &
SINTER SERVICES
Elnik has available to the metal part making industry the following equipment available to process parts for customers at any time.
- CD3045 – An Elnik catalytic debind oven ready to process any Polyacetal or POM based feedstocks. This oven has a total of 44 trays (206 x 305mm) with a spacing of 38 mm.
- MIM3045 – An Elnik high temperature debind and sinter furnace ready to
process any metal parts produced in the MIM, Metal AM and/or various other
industries. This furnace has 44 trays (206 x 305mm) with a spacing of 38 mm.
A max temperature of 1,600⁰C with the potential to process in Argon, Nitrogen, Hydrogen, and High Vacuum.
- We can offer density measurements via Archimedes process and general
dimensional measurement of parts via hand tools (caliper)
