You’ll travel the world bringing Elnik furnaces to life — starting systems, solving complex challenges, and training customers to operate with confidence. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Checkout to deliver smart, efficient solutions that keep customers productive and successful.

We are seeking a proactive and assertive Senior Support Engineer is responsible for technical support for Elnik’s customers and their equipment by means of remote troubleshooting and problem solving.
