SOLVENT DEBIND OVEN

The SD 3045 is designed exclusively for wax-based feedstocks. The SD 3045 is a fully automated closed loop front loading system that may be operated with appropriate solvents. Parts are fully immersed in solvent during debinding and then dried under heat and vacuum. The system is designed with onboard distillation to ensure reuse of existing solvent and waste potential of used wax. The SD 3045 is specially designed to hold 44 shelves from the MIM 3045 or larger furnaces made by Elnik Systems. This eliminates the need to rearrange the parts after solvent debinding for sintering.
Elnik Systems, LLC partners together with Loemi GmbH, to provide state-of-the-art First Stage Solvent Debinding equipment.
