DSH Technologies is proud to provide debind and sinter services for Forward AM Ultrafuse part
processing. Your printed parts are in great hands with the team at DSH Technologies. Our
process includes the following services:
1. Debinding and sintering of your metal 3D printed parts.
2. Documentation of your parts as they arrive (shipped), after the complete the first stage
debinding (brown part) and after they complete the thermal debind/sinter step (sintered
part).
3. A general report of processing results with suggestions for improvement in part design if
applicable.

  • Service Disclaimer: Process charge provides access to 1 furnace tray for processing your
    parts. Maximum weight of parts allowed on one single tray is 3.5 KG. More than 3.5 KG of parts
    requires the purchase of additional trays. All parts being process should not be larger than
    100x100x100mm. For processing parts larger than this, please contact DSH Technologies
    +1.973.239.7792.

  • A debind and sinter processing run is scheduled at DSH 1x per month on the first
    Tuesday.
    - DSH requires a minimum of 15 trays of parts to proceed with each process run. Should
    15 trays not be ready, we will delay the process run until 15 trays are ready.
    - Parts will be set up for return shipping by Friday of the week the parts are processed.
