2025 marked a defining chapter in Elnik Systems’ evolution. It was a year of transformation—one in which we strengthened our in-house manufacturing capabilities, reinforced our culture of continuous improvement, and successfully finalized one of the most significant milestones in our company’s history: our relocation from New Jersey to North Carolina. This move was not simply geographic; it was strategic. It positions Elnik for long-term growth, scalability, and innovation, while also creating a significant quality-of-life benefit for the teammates who chose to make the move—representing more than half of our team.

This success would not have been possible without the extraordinary dedication of our team. I am deeply proud of our employees and leaders who embraced this transition, stepped up when challenges arose and delivered results. I would also like to acknowledge our continued international growth and the outstanding contributions of our team in Ebhausen, Germany supporting this region during our transition. Which went through its own successful relocation in 2021. Together, we are reinforcing Elnik Systems’ position as a trusted global equipment manufacturer and a long-term partner for our customers worldwide.
As we enter 2026, Elnik Systems does so with confidence, momentum, and a clear vision for the future. With over 3 decades of metallurgy and sintering expertise, Elnik continues to see strong global demand for its flagship MIM3000 and AM3000 series furnaces. Recognized as one of the most versatile pieces of equipment in metal injection molding and Metal AM, the MIM3000 | AM3000 series furnace enables customers to process virtually any metal with any second-stage binder through a fully integrated, one-step debind and sinter cycle. This capability is not just a technical advantage—it is a catalyst for efficiency, innovation, and competitive differentiation for our customers.

Following a successful year of operational stabilization, we are now accelerating into the next phase of our growth strategy. In 2026, Elnik is investing heavily in innovation by expanding our premier engineering team dedicated to ongoing product evolution, performance improvement, and future-focused new technology development. Led by Engineering Manager Nicholas Cifaratta, this team brings together seasoned Elnik engineers and top local talent to advance the next generation of debinding and sintering technologies. The expertise we are building in Pineville, North Carolina will shape the future of our product portfolio and reinforce our leadership position in the market.
Innovation is further strengthened by bringing DSH Technologies back into the same facility, enabling closer collaboration, faster learning cycles, and more rapid advancement in both technical operations and equipment capability. I am proud to announce the long-anticipated relocation of DSH Technologies to our Pineville facility in the first quarter of 2026. Widely regarded as the premier toll debinding and sintering service provider in the world, DSH Technologies plays a critical role in educating the market, solving complex manufacturing challenges, and advancing metal parts production across industry, government, and academia. Under the leadership of Chief Metallurgist Bryan Sherman, this move creates a powerful ecosystem—combining equipment manufacturing, process expertise, and real-world application development under one roof. Together, Elnik Systems and DSH Technologies are uniquely positioned to deliver unmatched problem-solving capability and technical authority to our customers.

As a market leader, we remain intensely focused on the forces shaping the future of metal parts manufacturing. Key trends—including the reshoring of manufacturing, new material development, cost optimization, miniaturization, and rapid advancements in metal additive manufacturing—are reshaping our industry. Elnik is not reacting to these changes; we are actively shaping them. In 2026, we will introduce multiple developments designed to address these trends across aerospace, medical, defense, lifestyle, additive manufacturing, and emerging technology sectors.
In closing, 2026 represents a pivotal year for both Elnik Systems and DSH Technologies. As metal injection molding continues its steady expansion and metal additive manufacturing gains accelerating momentum, Elnik stands ready to support, enable, and lead the next era of metal parts manufacturing. Our mission remains clear: to empower our customers with the technologies, expertise, and partnership they need to succeed—today and into the future.
Sincerely,
Stefan Joens
President Elnik Systems
