On the Service/Utilities screen, the system monitors the time between maintenance of various components, such as the dry pump, diffusion pump, backing pump, thermocouples and time since the trap was last manually cleaned. The reminders for these components can be modified by the customer.
The total power used per run as well as process gas consumption is recorded in the utilities section of the screen. The totals are cleared at the beginning of each run, so the information is available after the cycle has completed until the next cycle has begun.
