


An uneven gas or temperature distribution may lead to different debinding reults, as seen in the first two images above. Elnik's laminar gas flow improves the debinding and sintering process. Using partial pressure, the flow path is dictated as seen in the third image. As a result, binder removal becomes highly efficient and the temperature uniformity is greatly increased.
