Design Parameters: 

All Elnik ovens and furnaces have common design features and parameters all depending on the application as listed below :

• Hot zones: All refractory molybdenum or tungsten/molybdenum or inconel/stainless steel or graphite board, from 1 to 250 cubic feet
• Vacuum: to 10^-9 Torr (mbar)
• Temperature range: to 2000C (3650ºF)
• Temperature uniformity: to +/- 2ºC (+/- 4ºF) via 6 zone control
• Controls: fully computerized with PLC and HMI
• Pumping systems: Oil free screw pumps, diffusion, turbo molecular, cryogenic or mechanical two stage rotary or piston pumps
• Vacuum chambers: double walled water cooled or single hot wall, all 304 /316 SS construction or inner 304/316 SS outer A 36 Steel
