features and parameters all depending on
the application as listed below :

zones: All refractory molybdenum
or tungsten/molybdenum or inconel/stainless
steel or graphite board, from 1
to 250 cubic feet
- Vacuum:
to 10-9 Torr (mbar)
- Temperature
range: to 2000C (3650ºF)
- Temperature
uniformity: to +/- 2ºC
(+/- 4ºF) via 6 zone control
- Controls:
fully computerized with PLC and
HMI
- Pumping
systems: Oil free screw pumps, diffusion,
turbo molecular, cryogenic or mechanical
two stage rotary or piston pumps
- Vacuum
chambers: double walled water cooled
or single hot wall, all 304 /316
SS
construction or inner 304/316 SS
outer A 36 Steel
