February 2011 - Elnik Systems developed a Water Debinding Unit designed to perform 1st stage debinding of any Water Soluable Feedstock, followed by drying via hot air or vacuum. This system is designed to integrate with Elnik's MIM 3000 series furnaces. As other 1st state debinding equipment manufactured by Elnik Systems, the rack and shelves are designed so that a full load of trays can easily be transferred from debinding unit to furnace without restaging of parts saving time and breakage. This system is also controlled via a PLC and computer to make it easy to use, recall former programs, and provide accurate documentation for industries where regulations require retrieval of data such as the FDA, Aerospace, etc...
